ACL Conflicts of Interest Procedure

This procedure is designed to help you manage conflicts of interest that arise wholly or partly in relation to your credit activities by identifying, managing and monitoring conflicts of interest.

This Conflict of Interest procedure is designed to meet the requirements of section 47(1)(b) of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). It is designed to help you manage conflict of interest that arise in your credit activities and includes a conflict of interest register.
